Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has insisted that he has no regrets over the club's lack of activity in the January transfer window.
Despite being linked with Schalke 04 forward Julian Draxler, the Gunners failed to add to their squad last month.
When asked if Saturday's 5-1 thrashing at Liverpool was down to a lack of depth in the squad, Wenger told reporters: "No, because I don't believe that on Saturday it was the players we missed in the transfer market who would have saved us.
"What you have to consider is how well we have done until now. We are in a fantastic position with this group of players, so let's come back to our normal level."
Arsenal continue their Premier League campaign on Wednesday night when they entertain champions Manchester United.
