Arsenal midfielder Granit Xhaka is reportedly unlikely to entertain a January transfer to Inter Milan.
While the Switzerland international has been provided with regular opportunities since the appointment of Mikel Arteta, he is no longer regarded as first choice at the Emirates Stadium.
With Inter keen to bring in a new addition for the middle of the pitch, that has led to suggestions that the Serie A outfit may look to put together a swap deal involving Christian Eriksen.
However, according to Calciomercato, Xhaka is currently against making a switch to San Siro at the midway point of the season.
The 28-year-old has made 10 appearances this season, game time which he will likely view as acceptable ahead of Euro 2020.
Should he move to Inter, he would face competition from at least five other players in the months ahead of next summer's tournament.
