Monaco forward Radamel Falcao has reportedly agreed terms with Real Madrid and will officially join the Spanish outfit after the World Cup.
The Colombian, who is currently recovering from a serious knee injury, joined Monaco from Atletico Madrid last summer after two terrific seasons in Spain.
It is understood that the 28-year-old is unsettled in France, however, and is keen on a return to Madrid, where he still has a property.
According to beIN Sports, personal terms have already been agreed, leaving Los Blancos to discuss a transfer fee with Monaco.
Falcao started his professional career with River Plate in 2005, before moving to Porto in 2009.
