Aston Villa striker Darren Bent has called on the club to appoint a "hungry" manager as the club prepare for next season.
The Midlands club are on the lookout for a new boss after they sacked Alex McLeish on May 14, and Bent believes that the club should appoint someone with "passion".
"Whoever gets the job I am sure will understand the passion of the club and what that means to the fans. He'll be hungry and understand what it means to the fans," the 28-year-old told the BBC.
Bent has scored 19 goals in 41 games for Villa.
