Aston Villa's Micah Richards has accepted a misconduct charge issued by the Football Association.
Last weekend, Richards and Swansea City defender Federico Fernandez were involved in a confrontation during the first half at Villa Park, with tensions spilling over into the tunnel at the break.
On Tuesday, Richards was charged with improper conduct in relation to the incident, and the Villa skipper had until 6pm on Thursday to appeal the decision.
Villa have since announced that Richards has admitted his role in the altercation, but the FA is yet to reveal what punishment the 27-year-old will face.
Swansea won the game thanks to a late winner from Andre Ayew.
