Aston Villa winger Scott Sinclair has admitted that he was disappointed about his side's 1-0 defeat to Manchester United.
Both sides struggled to carve out clear-cut opportunities at Villa Park, but Adnan Januzaj's 29th-minute strike was enough to hand Louis van Gaal's men the victory.
Sinclair told the club's official website: "I think there were times in the game when we created a little bit going forward, but there were also times when our backs were against the wall.
"It was a little bit disappointing not to take any points from the match."
Villa play Crystal Palace in their next Premier League outing next week.
