Aston Villa will reportedly ask club captain Fabian Delph to mentor Jack Grealish after the teenager hit the headlines for his antics in Tenerife.
Villa boss Tim Sherwood does not want to see a repeat of Grealish's behaviour, amid concerns that the 19-year-old is losing focus.
Delph, who has been linked with a move to Manchester City, will be asked to provide support for Grealish, according to the Mirror.
Villa demanded a meeting with Grealish after he was pictured in Tenerife, and hope partnering him up with a senior member of the squad will help him fulfil his potential.
Goalkeepers Shay Given and Brad Guzan are also said to be candidates.
