Aston Villa winger Trezeguet has agreed to join Turkish outfit Besiktas this summer, according to a report.
The 25-year-old only signed for Villa last summer and has been in and out of Dean Smith's side this season, making 31 appearances across all competitions but just 13 Premier League starts.
The futures of a number of Villa players look uncertain with the threat of relegation still looming over their heads should the 2019-20 campaign be completed after the coronavirus pandemic.
Turkish news outlet Haber Kartali reports that Trezeguet is one of those who could be heading for the exit door, claiming that the Egypt international has already agreed a deal with Besiktas in principle.
Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny, who is currently on loan at Besiktas, is understood to have helped convince Trezeguet about the move during the last international break.
The winger is also thought to be keen on a return to Turkey, where he played for Kasimpasa before joining Aston Villa.
