Aston Villa defender Janoi Donacien has rejoined Newport County on loan.
The 21-year-old had a four-week spell at Rodney Parade earlier in the season, during which he made seven appearances.
However, the right-back has now sealed a return to the League Two club.
"He is raw, but he has great attributes to his game. He is very quick and he is a young lad who is playing League football. He has flaws in his game but that is just part and parcel of him learning," manager John Sheridan told the club's official website.
Donacien added: "To be fair since I come in the boys have always been lively and welcoming and now we are starting to pick up results, you can see people looking to get on the ball more and are much more positive. During the next few months I just want to help the team climb that table."
The deal will keep Donacien at Newport until after their clash against Plymouth Argyle on December 28.
