Nuremberg have dismissed reports linking Aston Villa with a move for Japanese international Hiroshi Kiyotake.
The 23-year-old is believed to be high on Paul Lambert's wanted list this summer and, despite being knocked back once, the Scot was thought to be planning a fresh bid.
However, the Bundesliga outfit say that they have not received any new offers for the talented attacker and have no plans to sell.
"It is a fact that we have not received any new requests," sporting director Martin Bader told Nurnberger Nachrichten. "So we're not going to spend any time on it either.
"We've made it clear to the player that he is in our plans."
Kiyotake enjoyed a great first season in Germany after joining from Cerezo Osaka last summer.
