Aston Villa have reportedly been put under pressure to raise £50m through player sales across the next two transfer windows.
The Villans are embarking on a cost-cutting drive after falling short in their target of reaching the Premier League this season.
According to The Telegraph, manager Steve Bruce will look to sell the likes of Jack Grealish, James Chester and Jonathan Kodjia to remain financially stable.
Grealish is a rumoured £15m target for Tottenham Hotspur, but separate reports suggest that Villa want double that amount for their most in-demand asset.
Villa, beaten by Fulham in last month's Championship playoff final, are also said to be hoping to raise £10m from Chester's sale and a similar amount for Kodjia.
The report suggests that the Midlands outfit have so far lowered their wage bill from £60m to £45m after offloading John Terry and a number of loan players.
