Aston Villa are reportedly considering tabling a loan offer for Strasbourg striker Stephane Bahoken during the current transfer window.
Villans boss Steve Bruce is seeking cover for the injured Jonathan Kodjia and has identified the Frenchman as a potential candidate, according to the Birmingham Mail.
Bahoken, who has scored four times in nine starts for Strasbourg this term, is out of contract at the end of the season and will be available on a free transfer.
Bruce, however, is said to be entertaining the option of taking him out on loan in the immediate term to boost his side's promotion push in the absence of Kodjia, who is expected to miss the remainder of the season.
Villa, who are fourth in the Championship, have also been linked with Leicester City forward Leonardo Ulloa.
