Aston Villa will reportedly offer Andreas Weimann a significant pay rise to keep the Austrian starlet at the club next season.
Weimann scored 12 goals in all competitions last season to provide effective support for Christian Benteke and help keep Paul Lambert's young side in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old has attracted interest from Newcastle United, Norwich City and Sunderland with his all-action style, leading to the player's agent revealing last week that he has received offers from other clubs in England.
Villa see Weimann as key to their long-term plans and will offer the youngster fresh terms later this week to fend off rival bids, according to The Mirror.
Lambert faces a fight to keep strike duo Weimann and Benteke this summer as he bids to strengthen his squad at Villa Park during the close season.
