Celtic have reportedly identified Atletico Madrid youngster Rodrigo Riquelme as a potential transfer target.
Despite the Scottish Premiership campaign being due to get underway later this week, the defending champions remain in the market for new additions.
According to reports in Spain, Neil Lennon is keen to secure a deal for Atletico prospect Riquelme.
The 20-year-old has made just two substitute appearances for the Spanish giants, the last of which came as a substitute in a Copa del Rey tie in January.
The winger currently has just over 11 months remaining on his existing deal, something which Atletico are attempting to change as soon as possible.
However, it is claimed that Riquelme is eager to be provided with first-team football during the upcoming season.
