Inter Milan could be looking to offer Mauro Icardi in a part-exchange deal for Atletico Madrid's David Villa, according to a report in the press.
Sport Mediaset believes the former Barcelona striker is on the Inter radar, with the World Cup winner being a cheaper option than a number of other targets.
Villa has notched 13 goals in 32 Liga games for Atleti this season, having managed to recover from a serious, long-term injury.
It is believed that Inter would require Villa as well as a cash sum if they were to allow Icardi to leave the San Siro this summer.
