Atletico Madrid will reportedly sell Sime Vrsaljko to Napoli if the Italian club come up with an offer of £15.9m.
Napoli are believed to be in the market for a new full-back after Faouzi Ghoulam ruptured knee ligaments, which is expected to keep him out of action until the latter stages of the 2017-18 campaign.
Vrsaljko has been strongly linked with a move to Naples in recent days, and according to Football Italia, the Partenopei have learned that they can sign the versatile defender for just shy of £16m when the January transfer window opens for business.
The 25-year-old, who is a 27-time Croatia international, played in Serie A between 2013 and 2016 before leaving Sassuolo to join Atletico ahead of the 2016-17 season.
Vrsaljko has only started two La Liga matches for Atletico this season.
