Rayo Vallecano midfielder Roberto Trashorras has revealed that he has spoken to Leo Baptistao about a return to the capital outfit.
Baptistao scored seven league goals for Rayo last season, with his strong form earning him a summer move to Atletico Madrid.
However, the Brazilian has struggled for form and fitness at the Vicente Calderon and has been widely linked with a loan move to his former club in the winter window.
"Yes, I have talked to him. And I told him to come to Rayo," Trashorras told reporters.
"Baptistao is a striker who knows how we play."
Baptistao has scored just once for Atletico this season.
