Barcelona coach Tito Vilanova has dismissed suggestions that that his side are over-reliant on Lionel Messi.
Barca overcame Zaragoza 3-1 at Nou Camp on Saturday evening, with Messi helping himself to a double to take his total to 17 this season.
Vilanova however, does not believe that his side are too dependent on the Argentina international.
"It's no great revelation to say that Messi is decisive," said Vilanova.
"But Leo doesn't win games by himself. You have to create chances and know how to defend... It's too simplistic to say Barca is just Messi."
La Blaugrana top La Liga after picking up 34 points from 12 games this season.
