Barcelona manager Tito Vilanova was this afternoon released from hospital after having successful surgery on a second throat tumour in two years.
The 44-year-old underwent surgery on Thursday after it was announced on Wednesday that the Barca boss had suffered a relapse in his recovery from having a tumour removed last year.
Vilanova's side are currently in action at Real Valladolid under the guidance of assistant boss Jordi Roura.
