Brighton & Hove Albion goalkeeper Carl Rushworth has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Barcelona.
The 18-year-old, who joined the Seagulls from Halifax in January 2019, has been on loan with non-league Worthing during the 2019-20 campaign.
According to The Mirror, Barca have scouted the teenager in the Isthmian Premier Division this term as they weigh up a £4m move during this summer's transfer window.
Rushworth, who was called up to England's Under-19 squad last November, is yet to represent Brighton's first team but has turned out for their Under-18s and Under-23s.
Marc-Andre ter Stegen is currently the number one goalkeeper at Barca with experienced Brazilian Neto, who arrived last summer from Valencia, the back-up stopper at Camp Nou.
The Spanish champions were knocked out of the Copa del Rey in the quarter-finals on Thursday night courtesy of a 1-0 loss to Athletic Bilbao.
