Barcelona are reportedly prepared to up their interest in Inter Milan forward Lautaro Martinez before the end of January.

While the Catalan giants have been heavily linked with the in-form frontman, no bid was expected until the summer transfer window.

However, TNT Sports claims that Barcelona are now willing to pay £100m in order to push through a deal for the 22-year-old as they look to replace Luis Suarez.

Having scored 15 goals from 25 outings in Serie A and the Champions League, Martinez has previously indicated that he intends to remain at San Siro until at least the end of the campaign.

Nevertheless, aware that Inter need to raise money in order to fund other deals, it appears that Barcelona are happy to hand the Argentina international a chance to move to Camp Nou in the coming days.
