Sergio Busquets has signed a new long-term contract with Barcelona.
The Spaniard, who has been with Barca since 2005, has put pen to paper on a deal that will run until 2019.
The defensive midfielder had previously been contracted to the Catalan outfit until 2018, but it is understood that Busquets's salary has been raised to put him in line with the club's top earners.
The 26-year-old, who signed the deal alongside agent Josep Maria Orobitg earlier on Wednesday, has won four league titles, two Copa del Reys and two Champions League titles during his time in the Barca first team.
To date, Busquets has also made 312 appearances for the Spanish club.
