Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas has confirmed that Barcelona are one of two sides interested in signing attacking midfielder Memphis Depay.
The Dutchman has been touted as a target for the La Liga giants since Ronald Koeman stepped down as Netherlands boss to take over at Camp Nou.
Depay has less than a year to run on his contract and recently admitted that he could be tempted by a move away from Lyon this summer.
Barca have yet to make an offer for the 26-year-old, however, and they now face competition from Serie A side Roma.
"Memphis's contract is expiring," Aulas told Telefoot. "Koeman wants him at Barcelona, but there is also Roma in for the player."
Depay started the new Ligue 1 campaign in sensational form by netting a hat-trick on his first appearance in last month's 4-1 win over Dijon.
