Nelson Semedo is reportedly becoming increasingly frustrated at Barcelona, with his future at Camp Nou far from secure.
The 26-year-old, who has made 18 appearances at club level during the 2019-20 campaign, has a contract in Catalonia until the summer of 2022.
According to Marca, Atletico Madrid tried to sign Semedo over the summer, but Barca refused to sell the Portugal international and quickly opened talks over a new contract.
However, the report claims that discussions quickly stalled with the Catalan giants unable to increase the right-back's salary due to financial restrictions.
The Spanish champions are allegedly open to selling Semedo in January, meanwhile, and it is alleged that the Portuguese wants a resolution as soon as possible.
Semedo has played in all but three of Barca's La Liga matches this term and was only absent from the first team against Leganes, Atletico Madrid and Mallorca through injury.
