Wantaway Brazil star Neymar has reportedly told Paris Saint-Germain that he will not turn up to pre-season training as he attempts a force through a move to Barcelona this summer.
PSG are understood to be open to offers for the attacker for the first time since bringing him to the club for £200m in 2017, with a return to the Camp Nou considered his most likely destination.
Talks between the two clubs have already begun, although they remain some way apart when it comes to the transfer fee with PSG initially holding out for at least the same world-record sum they paid to sign him from Barcelona.
The Ligue 1 giants have reportedly lowered those demands, while Barcelona are keen on lessening the financial outlay even more by offering players as part of the deal.
Sport claims that Neymar is willing to put pressure on PSG from the inside by going on strike and refusing to join up with his teammates when they return for pre-season training next Monday.
The 27-year-old is ready to boycott the tour of China too as he continues his recovery from the ankle injury which ruled him out of this summer's Copa America.
Neymar has scored 51 goals in just 58 games during his two seasons at PSG, both of which have been curtailed by injuries.
