Barcelona have reached an agreement over the future of Pedri, according to a report.

The 18-year-old's current contract at the Camp Nou expires at the end of the season, but there is a two-year extension clause in place.

Despite his tender years, Pedri has already made 55 appearances for Barcelona and earned 10 caps for Spain.

According to Sky Italy, the midfielder is set to commit his future to the Catalan outfit in the next few weeks by signing a new contract.

The report adds that all terms are agreed and that the club hopes to announce the new deal by the second week of October.

The midfielder has struggled with injury so far this season and therefore has only made two La Liga appearances. body check tags ::
