Paris Saint-Germain could reportedly battle Barcelona for the signature of Memphis Depay.

The Netherlands international's contract with Lyon is due to expire at the end of June, and Barca boss Ronald Koeman is said to be determined to bring him to Camp Nou.

However, according to Le Parisien, there is also genuine interest from PSG, with the French club's boss Mauricio Pochettino impressed by Memphis's performances this season.

The 27-year-old has again been in strong form at club level in 2020-21, scoring 15 times in 30 appearances in all competitions, including 14 strikes in 29 Ligue 1 outings.

Lyon president Jean-Michel Aulas recently said that he is still hopeful of convincing the Dutchman to sign a new contract with Les Gones.

Memphis has scored 69 goals and registered 52 assists in 168 appearances for his Ligue 1 side since arriving from Manchester United in 2017. body check tags ::
