Barcelona boss Quique Setien is reportedly open to the idea of incorporating Philippe Coutinho back into the Catalan club's squad for the 2020-21 campaign.
The Brazil international is currently on loan at Bayern Munich, who have the option to sign the playmaker on a permanent deal during this summer's transfer window.
Various reports have claimed that Bayern are unlikely to exercise their option, though, meaning that Coutinho is likely to return to his parent club this summer.
A number of clubs have been linked with possible approaches for the South American, but according to Sport, Setien is open to working with the 27-year-old next season.
Coutinho has scored nine times and registered eight assists in 32 appearances for his loan club this term.
The attacker has largely struggled to show his best form for Barca following a big-money move from Liverpool, though, despite scoring 21 times and providing 11 assists in 76 appearances for the Catalan giants.
