Barcelona goalkeeper Victor Valdes is confident that his teammate Cesc Fabregas will stay at Camp Nou this season.
The Spaniard has seen several bids from Manchester United for him rejected this summer, while Arsenal are also believed to be monitoring his situation.
"I'm confident he'll stay, I have seen him and he's excited about this new chapter [at Barca]," Valdes told reporters.
Fabregas joined Barcelona from Arsenal in 2011.
