Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde has reportedly lost patience with Ousmane Dembele and is ready to dispense with the Frenchman in the next transfer window.
The forward completed a move to Camp Nou worth around £135m in the summer of 2017 following a dazzling season at Borussia Dortmund.
However, injuries and form issues have blighted Dembele's time at the club, with many claiming that his return of 18 goals from 67 appearances fails to justify the figure laid out for him.
According to reports in Spain, Valverde has grown exasperated with Dembele's perpetual injuries as well as the youngster's poor attitude towards training.
The Barcelona manager recognises the importance of thinning out a bloated squad and considers Dembele to be a player who could be offered to other clubs in January.
Indeed, reports over the summer stated that the Catalans were considering including Dembele in a deal to bring Neymar back from Paris Saint-Germain.
