Barnsley and Blackpool shared the points in a 1-1 draw at the Oakwell Stadium on Saturday.
It was the away side who started the stronger and they might have taken the lead with an effort from Matt Phillips after three minutes, but Ben Alnwick made the save.
Kevin Phillips was next to come close for Blackpool after 10 minutes, but he fired wide of the target from inside the box. Barnsley took the lead after 15 minutes, however, when Craig Davies converted past Matt Gilks.
The away side were level just past the 30 minute mark, however, when Thomas Ince beat the offside trap before producing a cool finish from close range.
Both sides had chances to win it in the second period, with Ince and Phillips both coming close for the away side.
However, the best chance of the second half fell to Tiago Gomes, but the striker could not convert from close range. Barnsley's best chance fell to Davies with 80 minutes on the clock, but he fired wide as the two sides shared the points.
