Barnsley manager Danny Wilson believes that striker Nick Proschwitz is relishing the challenge of appearing in the Championship for the Tykes.
Proschwitz has left Hull City to move to Oakwell until the end of the season, and Wilson is hopeful that the German forward's experience can help the Yorkshire side out of the relegation zone.
The 54-year-old told BBC Radio Sheffield: "We're hoping that he's going to bring goals and we think that his experience can help us.
"I think that he'll feed well off Chris O'Grady or he can play up top on his own. He can get in the box and he's a finisher.
"Nick seems to be very positive about coming here and sounds like he is relishing the challenge."
Proschwitz has scored twice for the Tigers in cup competitions during the current campaign, but he has only featured twice in the Premier League.
