Former Newcastle United striker Peter Lovenkrands has completed his move to Birmingham City after passing a medical earlier today.
The Denmark international agreed personal terms over the weekend and has now put pen to paper on a two-year deal at St. Andrews.
The 32-year-old becomes new Blues boss Lee Clark's first signing since taking over.
Clark told the club's website: "He did very well for Newcastle, has scored goals at this level and he played a huge part in getting them promoted from this division, actually winning the league.
"People I have spoken to about him have been very impressed. He had a good pedigree at Rangers scoring Champions League goals and we are looking forward to adding him to the squad."
Birmingham will welcome newly-promoted Charlton Athletic to St. Andrews on the opening day of the Championship season on August 18.
