Blackpool have been fined £50,000 and "severely warned as to future conduct" by the Football Association for failing to control their fans during a match last season.
The Seasiders' game against Huddersfield Town at Bloomfield Road on May 2 had to be abandoned when supporters staged a pitch invasion.
The club have also been told that they must play their first home match of the 2015-16 campaign behind closed doors, though that part of the punishment has been suspended for one year.
Blackpool start the new season with a trip to Colchester United on August 8.
