Blackpool coach Ian Holloway has praised his side following their 1-0 victory over Birmingham City this evening.
The Tangerines boss said he was "delighted" with the team's performance in the Championship playoff semi-final first leg and claimed that his side deserved more goals.
"I'm absolutely delighted with the way we played under pressure," he told BBC Sport.
"I wanted to try to play the brand of football we do, it was going to be tough and whatever happened it was only going to be half time.
"Our play merited more than one goal but let's see if we go there and impose ourselves."
An own goal by Curtis Davies gave Holloway's side a slender advantage to take into the second leg at St Andrew's next Wednesday (May 9).
