Blackpool manager Ian Holloway has praised the bravery of Tom Ince after the midfielder came off the bench to score twice during the Tangerines' 2-1 victory over Doncaster Rovers last night.
Billy Sharp's opener for visiting Rovers looked to have handed his side all three points at Bloomfield Road until substitute Ince intervened.
"Tom Ince has shown incredible bravery and skill right at the end to get that and smack that in," the boss told the club's official website.
"He's come in and out of the side but still stayed confident and I need players to do that, I thought that Billy Clarke maybe lost a bit of confidence when he was in and out of the side so now he's getting regular games elsewhere."
Next up for Holloway's side is a home fixture against Nottingham Forest on Saturday afternoon.
