Blackpool's caretaker manager Steve Thompson has conceded that the club are currently heavily reliant on Thomas Ince.
The England youth international has scored 17 goals so far this season and has created numerous chances for his teammates.
Despite being full of praise for Ince's contribution, Thompson has urged the other players to lighten the load on the 21-year-old.
"We keep conceding, and we say before the games we can't keep conceding," Thompson told BBC Radio Lancashire. "[Ince] gets us going again. We can't keep relying on him but while he's doing it it's fantastic."
Ince is believed to have been the subject of a transfer bid from Reading during the recent January transfer window.
