Thomas Ince has been offered a new contract by Blackpool, who released 17 players on Friday.
The England Under-21 international will be a free agent this summer and is expected to leave the Tangerines after three years to test himself at a higher level.
Ince dipped his toe in the Premier League water in the second half of this season with a loan spell at Crystal Palace, where he scored one goal in eight appearances.
The 22-year-old has hinted that he would consider a permanent move to the Eagles, but other clubs such as Swansea City, Stoke City, Liverpool and even Italian giants Inter Milan are believed to be interested.
Blackpool have had one last attempt at persuading Ince to stay, but the winger is still likely to move on, following the likes of Robert Earnshaw and Michael Chopra out of the Bloomfield Road door.
Louis Almond, Anderson Banvo, Kirk Broadfoot, Jake Caprice, James Caton, Adam Dodd, Nathan Eccleston, Elliot Grandin, Mark Halstead, Faris Haroun, Chris Kettings, Liam Tomsett, Nathan Tyson and Tony Warner were all also released by the Seasiders, who finished 20th in the Championship.
