Bolton Wanderers manager Dougie Freedman has revealed that he knows the positions where he needs to strengthen if his side are going to turn draws into victories.
The 38-year-old has seen the Trotters draw their last three league games, and although that has resulted in Bolton remaining unbeaten under the Scot, Freedman is determined to find the players that can win games for the club.
Freedman told BBC Radio Manchester: "The options are good to have, but you want the options that can win you games.
"It's no good having 40 players and 35 of them are no good. During the week, I'm understanding who wants to push on with their careers."
Bolton are currently sitting in 17th place in the Championship table.
