Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon has expressed his delight after seeing his team beat Brentford in the Championship.
Lennon recorded his second victory in three games on Saturday as the Trotters earned a 3-1 win at the Reebok Stadium.
Despite the result, Bolton stay in the relegation zone, but they are now only two points from safety.
"Our quality of football, our will to win, our intensity to play and our pace was very, very pleasing. It's been a good day," Lennon is quoted as saying by BBC Sport.
"I gave the crowd something to be happy about, for the weekend anyway. That's all I can ask really."
Bolton are back in action on Friday when they make the trip to Norwich City in the league.
