The Football Association has charged Bolton Wanderers manager Neil Lennon with misconduct for comments that he made after their 4-3 defeat at Queens Park Rangers on Saturday.
Lennon described referee Darren Drysdale as an "absolute disgrace" and that he had "never seen a more biased performance from a referee in a long time".
His comments breach FA rule E3(1) and he has until 6pm on Thursday to respond to the charge.
Bolton were leading 2-0 at Loftus Road before QPR mounted a comeback and scored in added time to snatch the points.
