Queens Park Rangers are reportedly lining up a cut-price move for Bordeaux forward Yoan Gouffran.
The Hoops, who sit bottom of the Premier League table after failing to win once in 12 matches this season, are currently short of options in attack.
With Andy Johnson and Bobby Zamora out of action with long-term injuries, Djibril Cisse and Jamie Mackie are the only strikers available for selection at Loftus Road.
Gouffran is out of contract at the end of the season and, according to The Mirror, Bordeaux are ready to cut their losses and sell the 26-year-old in January to avoid losing him on a free transfer in the summer.
Gouffran has scored on each of his last five appearances.
