Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe has described his side's defensive performance against Leicester City as "magnificent".
In a game which they won 1-0 thanks to Marc Pugh's first-half strike, Bournemouth restricted the Premier League champions to few chances, although they did survive two scares in the final minutes of the game.
Despite that, Howe has praised the "heroic" showing from his backline as the Cherries registered a third win in five games in the Premier League.
The 39-year-old is quoted by BBC Sport as saying: "It didn't feel anything like routine. It was dramatic playing the champions, we know their qualities and the lads did particularly well.
"It was a heroic defensive display. I thought we were magnificent in that respect."
Bournemouth now sit in eighth position in the top-flight standings.
