Crystal Palace manager Roy Hodgson has insisted that his side can avoid relegation from the Premier League if they continue to perform the way they did in their 2-2 draw at Bournemouth.
The Eagles are three points clear of the dropzone after holding the Cherries, but Southampton below them have two matches in hand.
Hodgson, however, drew a number of positives from the result.
"It's going to be a dogfight with all the teams down there," BBC Sport quotes him as saying.
"It can boil down to the fact that you score some lucky goals or survive some really hairy escapes.
"But if we can continue to play like that for the next five games we have to believe we can take enough points. I have confidence in the team and the team showed they have confidence in themselves."
Luka Milivojevic and Wilfried Zaha were on target for Palace, while Bournemouth's goals came from Lys Mousset and Joshua King.
