Bournemouth have confirmed that they have agreed a deal to sign midfielder Dan Gosling this summer following his Newcastle United departure.
The 24-year-old, who has not been offered a new contract by manager Alan Pardew, has agreed a four-year deal with the Cherries, which will become valid on July 1.
Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe told the Daily Echo: "That Premier League experience will be invaluable to us and we are very pleased to have got him.
"He is a box-to-box central midfielder who has lots of energy. He is very good technically and also has a goal in him. He is an attack-minded player who can do all disciplines of the game so I think he will complement our team very well."
Gosling played for Everton before joining Newcastle in 2010 and also completed a loan stint at Championship side Blackpool.
