Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson has hailed his side for their "outstanding" win over MK Dons in League One.
The Bantams moved back into the playoff places last night as they came from behind to earn a 2-1 victory at Valley Parade.
Parkinson believes that the result is the perfect tonic for his players ahead of Sunday's trip to Sunderland in the FA Cup fifth round.
"The energy levels of the lads was outstanding," he is quoted as saying by the Football League's official website. "You wouldn't have known we had a game two days before. The positivity and energy in our play tonight was great.
"It's a big week and we've started it off in a good fashion. It's a fantastic week for the club now. We won tonight and can really enjoy the build-up now and go out on Sunday and play with confidence. We've got nothing to lose and everything to gain."
Bradford ended a four-game winless run in the league with victory over MK Dons.
