Bradford City boss Phil Parkinson has expressed his relief after his side ended their 14-match winless run on Tuesday with a victory over Port Vale.
The Bantams snatched the points in the dying minutes at Valley Parade as Carl McHugh scored the decisive goal.
"I am so relieved because that win has been a long time coming," Parkinson is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"We have had so many close calls but here we played well throughout the game. We needed to put in a performance from first minute to last and we did that.
"There was a determination to get the win. The boys are buoyant in the dressing room and rightly so because some of the football we played was out of the top drawer."
Tuesday's win has seen Bradford move up to 11th place in the League One table.
