Brazil will be looking to bounce back against Czech Republic ahead of the Copa America in June after being held to 1-1 draw against Panama in Porto on Saturday.
Manager Tite will make changes for the side's final preparation game ahead of the tournament in which Brazil are the host nation.
Tite told the national team website: "The line of four with Alisson was already set. The creative attacking process is more difficult, it needs improvisation, to know the movements, but this is time to give opportunity to Allan, who has different characteristics."
Casemiro will remain as captain after taking the role against Panama while Philippe Coutinho, Lucas Paqueta, Roberto Firmino and Richarlison have all kept their places to maintain some consistency.
Everton forward Richarlison said: "It is great for my confidence to be with Brazil.
"It is a very, very difficult thing to get into the Brazil national team, so when you achieve that it makes you really happy and you want it to continue for as long as possible."
Richarlison scored twice on his first Brazil start in September, against El Salvador, and also found the net against Cameroon in November.
Czech Republic head into the game after a 5-0 loss to England in Euro 2020 qualifying and coach Jaroslav Silhavy is looking forward to locking horns with Brazil.
"For us all in the Czech Republic it is a great match, famous Brazil, famous players came to Prague.
"We are preparing for it fairly so that we can present ourselves in a better light tomorrow."
Former captain Marek Suchy is expected to return to the team along with three more changes from the side which faced England.
