High-flying Brentford have swept November's monthly Championship awards, with Mark Warburton named the Manager of the Month and Andre Gray recognised as the division's standout player.
Warburton guided the Bees to five consecutive victories that saw them climb from the bottom half of the table to third place and just a point off the summit.
The other nominees were Birmingham City's Gary Rowett, Neil Lennon of Bolton Wanderers and Ipswich Town's Mick McCarthy.
Gray scored five goals in the five Brentford victories and beat off competition from Rudy Gestede of Blackburn Rovers, Leeds United's Alex Mowatt and Darren Randolph of Birmingham City.
The 23-year-old was a bold signing from Brentford earlier this year as they took him on after an impressive season helping Luton Town get promoted from the Conference Premier.
