Christian Eriksen stepped up his recovery by playing 80 minutes for Brentford in a behind-closed-doors friendly against Rangers on Monday.
The 30-year-old has not played a competitive match since suffering a cardiac arrest at Euro 2020 last summer, but joined Brentford during the January transfer window.
Eriksen has been working his way towards a return during friendly matches so far, and on Monday he set up two goals in a 2-2 draw against Rangers.
The first saw the Dane's corner converted by Mathias Jorgensen to put Brentford ahead, and it was another set piece which earned the draw for his side when his free kick was put away by Tristan Crama.
Rangers' goals came through Amad Diallo's brace, with Glen Kamara and Steven Davis among the other players to feature for the Scottish champions.
Eriksen could be in line to make his Brentford debut against Newcastle United on Saturday.
